Nachfolgend verlinken wir das Toolkit „Kinder auf der Flucht“, erstellt von den Durchführungspartnern und Mitgliedern von Family for Every Child, Flüchtlingsrat Niedersachsen e. V., METAdrasi, Naba‘a, Programma Integra sowie Zeudi Liew und den 77 Praktiker:innen und 71 Kindern und Jugendlichen, die sich an den Beratungen beteiligten.
Der Leitfaden dokumentiert und vermittelt bewährte Methoden für die Betreuung, den Schutz und das Fördern der Integration von Kindermigrant:innen. Hierzu zählen alle Kinder oder Jugendlichen (CYP), die in ein neues Land einreisen.

Family for Every Child is proud to announce the launch of ‘Supporting Integration: A toolkit for practitioners working with children and young people on the move’. This toolkit aims to enhance integration support and services, ensuring that children and young people on the move receive care that fosters their development and well-being. |

The toolkit is part of a three-year research project on the reintegration of children moving from the Middle East to Europe. It documents and shares resources and examples of good practices in working with child migrants, and includes tips from children on the move in Italy, Greece and Lebanon. It is available in English, Spanish, Italian, and German, and will soon be available in Greek. |
